EDB concern Units will proceed for Preliminary Investigation upon receipt of the concern reported incident and must be concluded within 1 month, once reasonable facts established and reported concern is sufficiently grounded, EDB will proceed for Full Investigation with the support of concern Teams, if necessary EDB may seek external assistance should this be necessary.
